Provider documents first
We begin with the provider's current fee schedule, terms, help centre and regulatory information. Those sources are used for factual details such as supported currencies, published fees, account limits and availability.
Provider information can change by country and account type. A review therefore states the relevant market where a source makes that distinction, and links to the provider where readers should confirm the current amount before a transaction.
What we compare
Each review uses the same core categories:
- Funding and withdrawal options: the methods the provider documents for the relevant market.
- Published fees: card, bank, foreign-exchange and withdrawal charges shown in current provider documents.
- Account limits: verification levels and transaction limits where these are publicly available.
- Support access: the contact channels and help resources offered by the provider.
- Casino and sportsbook fit: practical availability, restrictions and the steps involved at the cashier.
We do not turn these categories into a numerical rating unless the underlying method and evidence are retained for that specific page.
Facts and editorial judgement
Published fees and limits are factual claims and should be traceable to a current primary source. Statements about who a wallet may suit are editorial judgements based on those documented features and constraints. Our About page explains the wider editorial approach.
Updates and corrections
Reviews carry an update date. When a provider changes a fee schedule, product name, licence or market availability, the affected page should be checked against the new primary source.
